Scholarship
The CMC has a longstanding tradition of supporting post secondary education within our membership. Since 2015, the CMC has awarded over $200,000 in Scholarships to deserving students in their post secondary studies. Net proceeds from our Biennial Towboat Industry Conference and Tradeshow goes to funding our Scholarship and Bursary program.
Due to the overwhelming generosity of Sponsors, Exhibitors and Delegates to our conference, this year we are pleased to announce the creation of the Peter Woodward Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is open to all BC residents pursuing a post secondary education in a marine related field at a recognized institution in Canada.
